Standard automation platforms like Make or Zapier lacked the necessary customisation capabilities for this particular use case. Our bespoke solution incorporates advanced workflow automation, including seamless integration with Slack for real-time communication and email systems for automated messages. This custom-built automation framework has significantly enhanced Nonnalab’s operational efficiency and workflow management.

Our consultancy team collaborated with UK Black Events to develop a custom integration solution, synchronizing their ticketing system with their Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform. Given the complexity and volume of data involved, manual transfer was impractical, and no off-the-shelf solutions were available to meet their specific needs.
