Delete your Bite Club data
Bite Club, by Hello Maiko Ltd, does not have user accounts, so there is no account to delete. The app holds very little information about you, and most of it is removed automatically.
To delete everything held on your phone
Uninstall the app. This removes the random device identifier and any local settings. Nothing else is stored on the device.
To delete anything held on our servers
Game rooms, display names and game state are deleted automatically within 30 minutes of a game ending. Nothing about you remains on our servers after that.
If you want us to check and confirm, or to remove crash reports or analytics events linked to your device, email info@hellomaiko.com with the subject "Bite Club data deletion". You do not need to give us any personal details; if you can, include the approximate date you last played. We will confirm deletion within 30 days.
What is deleted and what is kept
- Deleted on request: crash reports and consented analytics events associated with your device (otherwise kept up to 90 days and 14 months respectively).
- Deleted automatically: game rooms and display names, within 30 minutes of a game ending.
- Kept: purchase records, which are held by Apple or Google under their own policies and which we cannot delete. Your purchase remains restorable on your store account.
